Dr. Arabinda Sen
Senior Tea Plantation Consultant
Dr. Arabinda Sen is one of South Asia’s most respected tea plantation specialists, with over 45 years of experience in tea research, plantation development, and estate management across India and Bangladesh. Holding a Ph.D. in Soil & Water Management from ICAR, he has served the Tea Research Association (TRA), Tata Tea, Finlay Tea, and Assam Company. His expertise includes plantation establishment, soil fertility, fertilizer planning, pruning, pest management, and sustainable tea production.
Mohammad Musa
Senior Tea Planter, Manufacturing Engineer & Tea Industry Consultant
Mohammad Musa is a tea industry professional with over 33 years of international experience in tea plantation management, factory engineering, manufacturing excellence, and global tea sourcing. He previously served with James Finlay PLC for more than three decades and later as Managing Director of National Tea Company Limited (Bangladesh). His expertise includes tea factory design, modernization, packaging facilities, process optimization, irrigation systems, sustainable plantation practices, and engineering management. Musa has represented the tea industry at international forums and maintains an extensive professional network across India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Vietnam, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
Ben Howang
Green & Oolong Tea Manufacturing Specialist
Mr. Ben Hwang is a Taiwanese tea manufacturing specialist with more than 30 years of international experience in green and oolong tea processing, factory design, machinery selection, and production optimization. As CEO of Benson Corporation, Taiwan, he has successfully supported tea projects across Taiwan, China, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. His expertise includes tea processing technology, factory engineering, packaging solutions, value-added product development, and establishing high-quality fruit and spice plantations. He also maintains strong partnerships with leading tea machinery manufacturers in China.
Engr. Tsz Wong Kang
Industrial Processing & Factory Engineering Consultant
Engr. Tsz Wong Kang is an agricultural and industrial engineer with more than 40 years of international experience in factory engineering, industrial processing systems, and project development. A graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK), he has successfully designed and commissioned processing facilities across Asia and Africa. His expertise includes factory design, machinery selection, process optimization, industrial heating systems, automation, and manufacturing engineering, bringing valuable technical expertise to large-scale agribusiness and industrial projects.

Professor Dr. Mohammed Ataur Rahman is an internationally recognized environmental scientist and plantation specialist with extensive experience in sustainable agriculture, forestry, and plantation development. Currently serving as Chairman of the Department of Environmental Science and Director of the IUBAT Institute of SDG Studies, he previously spent 14 years with Finlays Plantation Industry. His expertise includes sustainable plantation management, agroforestry, climate resilience, eco-agriculture, environmental management, and forestry consultancy.
